JOD Solutions is the studio of Joshua O’Donoghue — software developer, AI consultant, and systems integrator with a deep background in supply chain and retail. I build applications, agentic AI systems, and commerce platforms on Shopify, and I help businesses turn AI ambitions into working software.

CardVenture
AI-personalized gift experiences. Instead of a code, the recipient opens a story, song, or game made for them — for individuals on iOS, and for merchants through Shopify.
North Pole Portal
A little everyday Christmas magic for families: personalized storybooks starring your own family, with AI illustrations and Santa’s voice. A daily-magic app with personal messages and live nice-list meters is in the works for Holiday 2026.
DocGen
AI meeting software for municipal government. Turns a stack of documents into a ready board packet — drafted agendas, live roll calls, sealed public records, and an audit trail on everything. I’m a partner on the product, not the owner.

I’m a software developer, AI consultant, and systems integrator with an extensive background in supply chain and retail. JOD Solutions LLC is the company behind my consulting work and the apps I build and operate.
It’s small by design. There is no account manager and no hand-off: you work directly with the person designing the system and writing the code, from the first conversation to the last deploy.
